In Burkina Faso, it is estimated that 10% of the population suffers from a physical handicap. This leads to a loss of autonomy and causes dependence.
In its Medical and Surgical Center in Kaya (MSC), Morija fights relentlessly against physical handicap and crippling diseases. Our goal is to give handicapped persons the means to become agents of their own development.
Through sponsorship, a disabled person can benefit from appropriate health care:
- Physiotherapy sessions
- Orthopaedic equipment (prostheses, orthotics, discharge devices, splints)
- Orthopaedic surgery
