Each year, many people die without having organized their succession. If they don’t have heirs, their assets can return entirely to the State.
What about you? Do you wish, beyond your lifetime, to continue to express your generosity and your solidarity towards the poorest? Carry out a life-giving action!
Whether you have direct heirs or not, you can designate a part of your assets to a cause dear to your heart, while continuing to have it at your disposal till the end of your life. All you need to do is to draw up a will establishing the distribution of your assets in accordance with your wishes.
Promote Morija in your will :
Inheritance
You can establish Morija as heir of a part or all of your succession. This means that Morija will inherit both your assets (wealth, property) and your liabilities (debts).
Legacy
You can offer Morija a certain share of your wealth: an amount of money or a property. Morija is not liable for your debts because the organization is not inheriting.
Three ways to draw up a will
- The holograph will – this is the simplest and less expensive will because it is handwritten by you.
- The public will (in the presence of witnesses) – this type of will ensures its compliance with legal requirements.
- The agreement as to succession – this contract requires the assistance of a notary.
