The date of September 5 marks the International Day of Charity. This date was chosen in memory of the passing of Mother Teresa of Calcutta, who received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979. Her work has helped to eradicate poverty.
For Morija, this date is important because charity is the foundation of its functioning. Without it, our actions for the benefit of the most disadvantaged would not exist. Charity allows us to share our values of solidarity, compassion and dignity for all.
On this International Day of Charity, we want to thank all the benefactors who support our cause and show charity to our beneficiaries.
To support its actions, Morija accepts all goodwill that wants to show charity in different ways: volunteering, partnerships, donation of material, monetary donation, donation of service.
For more than 40 years, institutions, dozens of companies and thousands of private donors have trusted us and have chosen Morija to transform their act of charity into concrete action on the ground in favor of the most disadvantaged. Our ZEWO certification assures you a good use of your donations in the field and a rigorous control of our accounts.
We still have a long way to go together
Where we operate, the challenges multiply and poverty does not abate. We need you to save more and more children who arrive in our nutrition centers malnourished and sick.
Your charity can be expressed easily and in seconds with our new donation pages.
