International Charity Day

September 5 marks the International Day of Charity. This date was chosen in memory of the disappearance of Mother Teresa of Calcutta, who received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979. Her work contributed to stemming poverty.

We therefore place this week under the sign of chartie

For Morija, this date is important because charity is the foundation of its operation. Without it, our actions for the benefit of the most disadvantaged would not exist. Charity allows us to share our values of solidarity, compassion and dignity for all.

On this International Day of Charity, we want to thank all the benefactors who support our cause and show charity towards our beneficiaries.

To support its actions, Morija accepts all goodwill who want to show charity in different ways: volunteering, partnerships, material donation, monetary donation, service donation.

For more than 40 years, institutions, dozens of companies and thousands of private donors have trusted us and have chosen Morija to transform their act of charity into concrete action on the ground in favor of the most disadvantaged. Our ZEWO certification ensures proper use of your donations in the field and rigorous control of our accounts.
